Please read the following information before joining the Street Team:
- There may be a limited number of Street Team openings in each
market.
- If you have already enrolled in the Street Team, there is no need
to enroll again. If you try to enroll again, you will get a message
stating that we already have your request.
- Street Team benefits are only provided to members who participate.
The Street Team will require some time and dedication. If you don't
feel like you have the time or energy to commit to the Street Team,
then please wait to enroll until a later time. Street Team members who
are unable participate may be removed from the team to make room for
members who have the time and energy.
Below is a registration form that you must fill out completely. Once
your request is received and reviewed, you will then be contacted and
informed of your status as a Street Team member. You will also be
provided with information on Street Team member benefits and
